Reuben today brought home a project he has been working on at his Intermediate School in Fabrics – a cushion he has designed and made himself. He’s so very proud of it – and with good reason. He not only created the idea, he made the cushion inner with calico and polyfill, and then made the cushion cover itself from black and yellow fabrics, with a white backing and a velcro closing, all beautifully and carefully put together. He has even asked me to blog it for him – he must be pleased with his effort indeed. And as for us, so very very proud.
