With the School Holidays in full swing, and Simon’s imminent return to Study on Monday, I put my hand up for a day of catch-up creating today. It was really great to get back into the Work Room – sometimes just looking in there can feel overwhelming, with the piles of fabric and The List which never really seems to get any shorter, so a wee break from it is always good to refresh enthusiasm. Plus I got to delve in to the pile from the recent fabric sale, it doesn’t get much more exciting than new fabrics. Mostly I made some gifts, with a Coffee Cosy for a friend who is about as passionate about Retro fabrics as I am (there are more in my shop if you like the look of this one). More importantly, we have had a new Event in our home with Mia losing her first tooth, making it time for a new Tooth Wallet. It’s so much fun making girly stuff.
