Sock Puppets

The school holidays seem to be flying past, nearly over already, but with lots of days filled with family and friends and a whilrwind of daily doings. Today was rainy and gray, which ultimately makes the kids climb the walls, so as we were having our neighbours over for a playdate I thought it would be a nice chance to make sock puppets. I popped into the op-shop on the way home and picked up some socks, then to the $2 store for some wibbly eyes. Hot-glue Gun in hand, and the kids are still playing with them 4 hours later. Reuben has made a “Toothless” puppet, from How to Train Your Dragon, while Mia’s puppet is a five-eyed monster in pink. Hope the holidays are treating you well x

They are lovely Joanna . I am sure the kiddies had a great time playing with them and their imaginations would have gone into over drive . Make a few extra for your next Stall , I am sure it something little children would love to spend their pocket money on .
