Today everyone was at home, we have had a lurking sickness for the last week or so, Mia & myself especially. We decided to plant seeds, for the front garden in spring. It’s funny how we don’t spend too much time in the garden in summer, except for the trampoline of course, yet come winter we are out there pruning and planning. I suspect it’s because the weeds don’t grow so fast so you feel like you’re actually achieving something. We have planted 5 seeds into two trays, one for Reuben & one for Mia. They put the seeds in themselves, and then we made signs for them. We’re keeping them on the porch, under Mia’s window, so they won’t get any rain but they will get lots of sun. Mia wanted to know if she would see them tomorrow. I like the way a four year old thinks.
