Today is a rather gray and dull looking day, the kids are at school and kindy, and I had a little time to myself this morning to create. As I have previously mentioned I seem to have rather a passion for vintage sheets, so I made up a selection of wallets using these beautiful 1970’s floral prints. There seem to be rather a lot of purples, blues, and pinks in my collection, though I did pick up a stunning orange one the other day that I can’t wait to cut into. Having said that, I liked the blue floral so much I made myself a new wallet while I was at it. I hope you are having a quiet and creative Wednesday too.

They’re beautiful! No wonder you have a thing for vintage sheets. I love the flowers in the pottery, so simple yet so beautiful and the view from the window just adds to the picture.
Thanks Jill – it’s a new op-shop find that jug, I am completely in love with it x
You are so good! I never get around to making myself things… I think it’s a bit like the boot makers children being the worse shod or similar. GO you though. And I LOVE the fabric. I have my eye on a vintage pink and orange wallpaper in that style at the mo- where I’d put it… dunno…. not really the point though is it?! 😉 xxx
Ha ha – I only make myself something every now and then, tacked on to the end of other projects, usually because when I show someone what I make a pull out a tatty over-used wallet which is not a great look x
