What amazing weather we have been struck with. The past two days it has been 28 degrees, hot and sunny. It reminds me of childhood summers past, with that lightness in the air, long long days, bodies so tired they’re floppy by the end, and smiles and laughter all day long. We have had one of those days today, not leaving home, sun, gardening amongst bumble bees, and the water slide for the kids. Perfection.
I sit here with a glass of wine , its pouring with rain , howling wind and flood warnings on TV . I’m living in the wrong place . Glad you’ve had such a lovely day . I close my eyes and I can imagine it ooooooo lovely .
